i love this guy and he knows it. we talked in the phone a couple of times. and he is always telling me cute things. do you think that we are getting some where?? or is he just playing with my mind???

He probably likes you but is waiting for the right time to ask you out. If you're sure your feelings are mutual, why not take the initiative and ask him out yourself?
