lay a hot wash cloth on it until it cools, dry the skin and then try to pop it; the warmth from the wash cloth should open up the pore enough to allow you to pop the zit...if the zit's not ready, though, all you'll do is hurt yourself...if it's not ready, even though I know it hurts like a S.O.B. just leave it until it's ready then try the wash cloth trick...good luck

Oh, I know it I had a zit in my nose and when it popped it hurt so bad like a knife cutting your nose.

Your zit may not even be a zit....could be a cyst. Best thing is to go see your doctor.

try to open it up or go to the doc to get a cortison shot...
actually don't pop it its gonna go deeper... eww

i would but a warm/hot water compress on it to try and draw it to the surface.
