I have a crush on this serious hot and gorgeous guy at work. I see him every day, and there are times when he either touches me or I catch him looking at me. This doesn't make it easy on me! Another thing, he and I are so different, from what I can tell he is way out of my league, and I am not into 1 night stands.

Please don't tell me time will help me get over him.

if you like him go for it... why would you think anyone would be out of your league. Don't sell yourself short. My husband a;most didn't ask me out because he thought I was out of his league... lol and the whole time I thought he was out of mine...lol we've been married 5 happy years now. Imagine that. Nobody is out of your league. It's all in the way you think. Think positive. Why don't you ask him out?

Don't ever think that someone is out of your 'league'. There are no 'leagues' and I'm sure you're not out of his. With what you said he does it seems that he is interested, and remember...'Opposites attract'. I guess what you can do is give it a chance...like if he asks you out you could casually say yes, by looking like you're thinking hard about your 'other' plans for that night and making it seem that you really do have something else you could be doing, if you know what i'm saying...look like you're already busy. And if it seems like he's just going to use you for a one night stand, then be like, oh I just remembered, that other thing i was supposed to do with that other person just txtd me and I really have to go. Just don't sell yourself short by thinking that you're not good enough for somebody else, cuz you always get what you expect...well, at least pessimists do.

Talk to the guy,get to know him.He may not be all that you think he is.Conversations has changed many people opinions of others.Once you've talked to him,if you still feel the same, and he does also, hook up or find other activities at work to help you forget him.You may never get over the crush, but at least you would have faced him.

Crushes are very hard to get over, I believe. I still have one lingering from 8 years ago. Getting out in the dating pool might help you find someone like him but with more in common. Is he single? If so, why not ask him out. Just getting over that one barricade could solve everything.

Look, i got out of a six month relationship about a year ago, the best thing to do is to do everything you can to either make him feel bad, or make you feel really good about yourself, mabye get a different hairstyle, or just whatever makes you feel good about yourself, talking to people like friends and family and getting out alot more really helps too, its not a good thing to stay inside and just think about him, mabye go in a chatroom, just do what ever it takes.

If u wanna get over him then bring a camera with u at work, take a pic. of him, then after work put the picture in ur computer and fix him like an old guy at Adobe Photoshop. Maybe that will work. goodluck with it!

Girl, I'm having almost the same problem. Checking out other guys works as a temporary solution.
Sorry, that's all I got.

Tell him to nock it off and leave you alone and stop looking at me.
If you don't want to do that then start looking for a new job.
Tell your boss if he is toughing you he might fire him.
