yes and no. if ur referring to hades/sheol i.e. the grave, yes. if ur referring to the fiery pit of eternal suffering no. and not becasue ur toasting to the lord (toasting to anything in fact finds its roots in pagan beliefs, and getting drunk is condemmned as a sin) its becasue there is no hell as referring to the second definition...

Let's see.....your actions immediately preceding your death would not sentence you to hell. It would depend on your actions throughout your life, and whether or not you met the requirements set by one religion or another.
Or....hell doesn't exist, so the answer is no.
