I play with a laser with my cat and she loves it. She thinks it is the best toy ever invented. It is true that pointing a laser at your eye (or reflecting it off a mirror) can hurt your eyes. While it probably won't cause permenant damage if you accidentaly flash it off the mirror for a fraction of a second, I would recommend be cautious with it: keep it pointed away from the cat so you don't accidentally get her eyes.
Used carefully this can be a fun toy - but be careful, the cat will climb the blinds to get the light (mine did).

I have 2 cats and play with them all the time using laser pointer. Yes, do not reflect it into their eyes. I have done this with them for a few years already and there is no damage because I avoid their eyes. They LOVE it! When you put it away, they will still search for the red dot. Hours of fun.

puppy kitten is often attracted to shifting gadgets. puppy loves chasing at the back of shifting gentle spot of laser pointer. that's in simple terms the rationalization why laser pointer is often defined as a puppy toy. you've a attempt of decrease power laser pointer under 5mW. do no longer element it at eyes and skins of your puppy.

As long as you're not pointing it directly into the eye for a length of period or time and time again, there won't be any damage done. Laser lights are wonderful for cats, mine have always loved them!

As long as you dont point it to your cat's eye , it will be fine. I play with my kitten , but I will never hurt him in any way.

Thier a great way to amuse your kitty. My Monster (his name) loves to chase the light. BUT PLEASE DO NOT SHINE IN THEIR EYES on purpose.
