Your weight is perfect! If loose any you will look like a freak to everyone. You should find out what your body fat % is. You could probably find out from a school sports trainer. Then you can see if your body fat is reasonable for a girl of your age. Since you are still growing, you can end up with one leg longer than the other is you do not have the proper nutrition.

If you're 5' 4", 105 is a light weight for you - you don't need to lose weight.

No, if you were to lose weight (which I would seriously NOT advise doing), losing 15 pounds in 2 weeks is extremely unpractical. In a pound of human body fat, there are 3 500 Calories. That's a lot of energy. Assuming you consume 2 000 Calories a day, losing 15 pounds worth of fat is losing enough energy to keep you alive and healthy for over 26 days.

However, if you do want to lose weight, I would encourage you to drink extra water, and exercise. Sounds like a chore eh? However, consider this:

When you exercise, you put on muscle. Muscle burns a lot more energy than fat does (when it's not being used). So, muscle just idling burns more calories, which will help you lose weight even more!

Water helps your body run more efficiently. If were to drink an extra Litre a day, or 0.5 L (2 cups) of water a day, that would help you lose weight. In the beginning it will seem like you're not losing weight, but it takes time to lose weight.

Have fun and enjoy yourself! You need not to worry about your weight! You're in good shape. Keep up the good work.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Thats not a bad wieght for that height. I want to say it would be unhealthy to lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks. Thats a little over a pound a day.

What in Gods name is wrong with you young girls? You are already underweight. You do not need to lose 15 lbs or you will be grossly thin and unhealthy. You should be about 120lbs for your height. If you think you are too fat, then you may be anorexia. If so, I suggest you seek help ASAP.
