if in a closed container a few days... you can freeze it and it will be good for a long time.

You made it Tuesday and today's Sunday....that's 5 days. Spaghetti without the sauce MIGHT be OK, but with the meat, tomatoes, etc.......it's a bad idea to chance it. Is saving it worth a trip to the emergency room with food poisoning? Not to me at least.

If it is made with hamburger, no more than 3 days, if its made with steak then around a week. It all depends on the fat content, fat goes rancid quickly.
