Hi Nancy...consider Nature's Miracle Just For Cats found worldwide at most pet stores. It's an enzymatic neutralizer which works by breaking down urine proteins by thoroughly soaking the areas affected and allowing to air dry. Repeated applications are necessary for heavily soiled areas.

Nature's Miracle Just For Catsproduct info: http://www.petsmart.com/global/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524441775019&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302025596&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=2534374302023690&bmUID=1167132360710&itemNo=0&Ntt=nature%27s+miracle+just+for+cats&In=All&previousText=nature%27s+miracle+just+for+cats&N=2

We've tested nearly all enzyme neutralizers available in the marketplace for our exotic cats which have stronger urine than domestic cats and found that Nature's Miracle Just for Cats has always worked the best.

Try using this stuff called "Nature's Miracle." You can get it from PetSmart or Petco. It's not cheap - about $10 for a bottle - but it is so worth it! My cat went on a peeing spree a couple of years ago all over my carpet. I soaked the carpet in Natures Miracle and it did the trick. You may have to treat the spots several times depending on how strong the smell is.

The thing with vinegar is that it gets the smell out in terms of what humans can smell, but the cat can still smell the urine and may continue to spray on that spot.

I understand your frustration, cat urine is one of the strongest smells around. If you are unable to to bleach the area, there are a couple of products available to assist in the odor removal.
Nature's Miracle - available anywhere they sell pet supplies is generally a good bet.
Equalizer - this is an aerosol which you spray on and absorb with a rag - no scrubbing necessary. This is usually available through your veterinarian, I have also occasionally seen it at PetsMart.
Folex - a basic carpet cleaning solution in a spray bottle available at WalMart and Target (I'm sure other places too). This is in a basic white bottle with purple letters, but I have found it is better than any name brand for removing stains and odors.
If none of these work, I would contact a local cleaning service to see what they use and recommend (they frequently have special products available).
Good Luck!

Oh ! Heavens, That is the worse Oder in this world. Wash whatever it got on with a solution of diluted Lysol. If it still smells dilute the Lysol even less. I hate that smell. I got it on my hands once while putting the garbage in the garbage can out by the fence and then, and I will never know why, I smelled of my hand and I will never ever forget that.
Good Luck. I don.t know if it would ever go away on its on.
Have a Blessed and Happy New Year !!!

Over the linoleum? That wont artwork! The concrete received't adhere nicely to the linoleum, and finally you've a washer AND a huge hunk of concrete dancing round your laundry room. you need to attempt not over loading the gadget, that continually facilitates, yet i understand its difficult to not cram each little thing you may in there. I had the same difficulty. My washer and dryer are interior the kitchen, so I solved the precedence with the help of welding each little thing at the same time. washer , dryer, range and refrigerator. it extremely works large. Now i basically wash clothing when I make jiffy Pop popcorn and that i do not ought to shake the pan. My beers all foamy although. That kinda sucks. Hmm. possibly you need to modify the little ft lower than it too. acceptable adjusted that's going to likely be a lot extra reliable and a lot less weak to agitate your beers. i'd try that first. That and under no circumstances overloading it.

If you have carpeting in the room, you should consider removing it and replacing it (or going with hardwood floors). The odor will disappear once you remove the carpet and clean it really well. I would consider hot water/vinegar solution and scrubbing very well. As well, you should repeat the cleaning process several times over a period of 48 hours or so. Scrub the wall area, as well. Good luck!

Vinegar
Baking soda (do not use with the vinegar)
Shaving Cream (by itself)
maybe Febreeze
Check your local petsmart for more ideas on removing the odor from the spot itself.
