i am going to let him borrow a book of mine and i spent almost 4 hours hanging out with him getting checked on frequently by my sister and some times his brother.

well if you two like each other then go for it. Remember age ain't nothing, but a number. Just remember the song next time you feel like age is what is keeping you from going with him or asking him out. After all you'll never know until you try. Also just try to get him to notice you a bit more.

unless you know for SURE that
he likes you.
The only way to get an honest
answer is to tell him you like,
then ask if he likes you.
If he does, things will go right.
If he doesn't the worst thing that could happen is
he doesn't like you.

well first i would say u need to get to know him...flirt with him a little bit. let him know u like him. then when ur ready....ask him out. if u think he likes u to then go for it.
