They used to say if you eat meat before bed you would get night mares,never hear ed of cheese.

mum used to tell me it was strong or something and i was never allowed to eat bananas after 6 either not because i would turn into banana girl cos of the nightmares, how weird.

I've read that there is a chemical in cheese that is meant to make you have bad dreams.

It's probably because if you eat alot of cheese, the only nightmare you will have will be at the toilet. Binds me up somthin' fierce............

they say this because , it´s a heavy food to digest , which means you don´t sleep as well as you should.
