Everyone knows I do, nd they have told her and they have told me she likesme, but how should I tell her?

Ok this is where the fear of asking is overtaken by the thrill of finding out.
You didn't say how old you are or if you are in a class with her or what.
If you are in a class near her-sit next to her a few times. See her at the cafeteria. Then smile. If she smiles back, get up and go talk to her. 2 minutes-- You don't have to say anything about liking her, just talk about the driveway, the team a TV show, anything-then leave her alone a day or 2.
Next time you see her- just smile, and if she smiles back and waves or expresses interest, then go talk again. If she is embarrassed or doesn't respond or walks away-leave her alone.
Don't rush her. This is about MUTUAL interest-not just you--right?
At some point you have to just ASK how she feels- and wait for her to say she is interested too, or that she isn't. Tell her to tell you the truth, no matter what- it is easier in the long run.

Hello! Well my advise would be to let the female know that you have feelings for her in a private conversation. If she is interested then find out some her interest, and take her out on a date. If she does not feel the same way you can remain friends, and go on with your life.

be BOLD. step up. tell her when you get the chance to hang out with her maybe at the movies or a walk in the park, some girls like that. Look into her eyes when you tell her, so she knows it's for real.

Maybe you can just tell her in person that you like her. Maybe you should wait and see if she will tell you she likes you then you could tell her you like her. Maybe you could ask her out and see if she will go out to where you want to go. Liesten to what she says when you ask her out and that should give you a clue as to whether she likes you or not.

Just tell her you like her, or you could write her a note or something. Ask your closest friends (who are girls)to help you think of something.

just be cool and just be like yeah i like you alot and see what her reaction is, if she looks uncomfortable then just change the subject right around, but if she looks happy or something then ask her out
