Yes, it is that time of the year again. Lets loose some weight.

Salsa has virtually no calories, however, the chips do have them, So, I break my chips into very small pieces or take non fat chips. Cut the cheese on other items. And only eat until full. I usually eat fajitas, you can eat them without the tortilla shells.

Chinese buffets usually have salad bars and boiled shrimp, the vegetable items are good also, just not allot of the sauces. Stay away from the fried foods.

Fruits and vegetables are your best bets for low calorie and filling foods.

Good luck!

Well, I'm Chinese and I can tell you that Chinese food is loaded with oil. Mexican, I'm not so sure about. But you can still eat stir-fry vegetable and use very little oil. If you eat at a Chinese Restruant, just ask for little oil. I think it tastes better that way. Dieting, eh, I eat yogurt, celery, apples (w/ peanut butter, that's not that healthy but eh), and wheat bread. I heard that eating celery takes more calories than celery actually giving you. But losing 2 pounds a week, excercising would work the best.

You will find that chinese food has a larger varitey of healthier foods . shrimp, chicken and vegtables are an excellent way to choose healthier. Stay away from fried foods and ask them to eliminate any sauces (msg)

Mexican food you should be more careful what you put on your plate. I would eat mexican once in a while but not all the time.

You could take some simple steps that are easy to stick with so that you dont give up in a week. Try eating margarine instead of butter and replacing at least one soda a day with a glass of water. Go for steamed veggies when you get chinese and whole grain torillias when you get mexican. I hope this is helpful

You can eat anything in moderation. The key is to cut back on your portions and you must EXERCISE. There's no getting around that! Food tips include: avoid heavy sauces, eat 5 or 6 small meals each day, and don't eat after 7:30 PM.

Stay away from processed foods. Such as, white flour, sugar and anything packaged in a box. When your at the grocery store try to stay out of the isles. The food you want is in the outside areas. Fresh fruit, veggies, meats etc... And yes if your froggy you can include some juicy flys. Ha, Ha

fruits and vegetables are where it is at. also low fat protiens are what you need. they stave off hunger the longest and provide you with better calories. mexican and chinese "american style" has a tendencey to be very high in fat and calories. I mean, if you go to taco bell and get a burrito supreme, you are asking for trouble. Also alot of the americanized chinese is cooked in oil and butter. Steer clear if you want to reach your goal

I swear by grapefruits. They're high in fiber, nutrition, and are very filling. Granted, they taste terrible with melted cheese and beans, but I love them. Just eat the pulp and throw the rest away.
