Do they, lol? I rather have enjoyed reproducing and the product of such. I did not find it instinctual though and knew I had a choice not to partake if I did not choose to. I do not know what God looks like, should there be one, but perhaps we did evolve into a creature that resembles God. We are still evolving, so if we do not destroy ourselves first, maybe we will eventually evolve into a God like image.

well first off God made all animals as well. he saw that it was good and so since it was good he kept things similar. also chickens lay there eggs and they are a barnyard animal. females keep the egg in them tell the baby is ready to come out so we dont reproduce like all barnyard animals.
this would not prove evolution in any way but that we have one designer who designed everything. just like we have how many types of cars. all are similar but different in there own way. cars have 4 wheels, a gas peddle, a brake, and an engine. the first person made the car and everyone saw that hey this idea works. and cars are pretty much the same as it was back then. yeah you can just turn a key to start now but still the concept is the same. same with a bike. 2 wheels. just now we have more speeds to choose from and lighter material.

Good question. Though few use the missionary position. Ironic isn't it! Some chimp cousins of ours do, though.
Remember that adam and eve are not held out in the bible as the first man and woman, but the first man and woman made in god's image---man was placed on earth in the previous chapter of the genesis. keep in mind that the israelites traced their ancestry right back to adam and eve, and that helps explain why they were made in god's image---everyone wants to be a god, and the ancient scribes came up with this concept to exalt man, or particularly the israelites, to the same level as god--they look like him, after all so they must be more important than other men on earth.

The scripture says that God is a spirit (and seeks such to worship him) so when man was made in Gods image he was given a spirit. The same as when God breathed the breath of life into mans nostrils he gave him a soul which set man above animals. You might notice that God said "Let US make man in our image" Not make a man in our image.

God told Adam to observe the animals. Adam got ideas from them. Adam said that a man shall leave his parents and find his woman and they two shall become one flesh.
Humans reproduce differently than animals.
I believe we are made in a trinity also; body, soul & spirit. Elohim is Father, Word & Holy Spirit. Animals are a body & soul.

Why would God make it more complicated?
Everything just reproduces the same way.
We may be similar, but that doesn't prove evolution, just similarity in design.

I'm not sure I totally understand the question. My belief is that we are made in God's spiritual image, not His actual physical make-up (as I'm not entirely sure He has one).
