My jaw dislocated when I laid down on my back, I paniced and I clenched down very hard and it popped back in place, but now it feels like my teeth are off, I mean I have a very hard time chewing, it doesn't feel like its aligned. who do I see for this problem? a dentist?

No you should go see a waitress..... she will pre chew your food for you then you can just swollow it no problem... lol.. haha.... j/k yes of course you should go see a dentist.

Well, it could take several weeks to see a dentist. Go to an urgent care walk-in clinic and get a referral. Or an emergency room of course.

visit a dentist ! your temporomandibular joint is having problem it might be dislocating thats why u feeling as if ur teeths are getting off. better visit a dentist ! all the best .

I'm a nurse. You need to see a medical doctor for this. Family practice is the best. They have associates that would better be of service to you. Request an x-ray.

When I eat, my jaw pops all the time. The orthodontist said it's nothing to really worry about unless it hurts you.

This is called TMJ syndrome. Your dentist can relocate the joint.
