People do different thing s to fight boredom. I like to hang out on some days, chill on the computer, watch movies and eat junk food. I just say do what fits you. Boredom time helps you define you , there noone around to decide for you. I say do the things you wouldn't do in front of other people. Just be yourself its fun.

Hmmm.... I used to get so mad at my kids when they said they were bored... lol... I'd tell them, "if you are so bored, why don't you wash the dishes or clean up your room?" I've come to realize that, for me, boredom isn't a matter of having nothing to do.. it is a matter of not wanting to do what I need to do. I would suggest first of all, get up. Get moving. Take a walk. Go for a drive. Find a shelter (animal or human) that can use your help....and volunteer. Read a good book... find a hobby (go to your local craft store and see if there isn't something there that strikes your fancy)... but the first thing is to get up off the couch and get moving!!!! TURN OFF THE TV!!!

I answer questions here. :) I play video games. I put together puzzles. I read. I get out of the house and watch people or shop or do whatever. I visit friends. I call friends. I exercise. I play solitaire. The list is endless- get a hobby and you'll find you have no time to be bored!

Try reading the Bible or a good book. You also might want to surround yourself with some good people too. What is going on in your life to make you sooo bored?

DO YOU LIVE NEAR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION? IF SO, TAKE A BUS RIDE AND JUST OBSERVE ALL OF THE INTERESTING PEOPLE. "PEOPLE WATCHING" IS REALLY UNDER-RATED. HOWEVER, IF YOU'RE IN THE MOOD TO CONTRIBUTE, THEN VOLUNTEER AT A CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OR NURSING HOME. HELPING THEM AND SEEING THE STRUGGLES THAT THEY'RE EXPERIENCING SHOULD SURELY REPLACE YOUR BORDOM WITH THANKFULNESS.
