No. You must apply to school and try to get a student permit or work permit. try to get the hospital/medical center to sponsor you.

go to www.ed.gov and learn about foreign students and then to www.uscis.gov the us immigration website also go to www.firstgov.gov. due to 911 there is a special process you would have to go through because of your nation of origin.
