how do i teach a dog to pee outside? i always have to wipe it

Take it outside and see if it pee's,if it does congradgulate it.If it pee's inside scorch it untill it learns.

Take your dog outside every 2 or 3 hours and put it where you want it to pee. When it does pee start saying "good dog go potty" or "good dog go outside". If you do this while the dog is actually peeing, it will associate that feeling of relief with your words. As the dog gets better about going out, you can decrease the amount of times it has to go outside.

Also please don't rub your dog's face in its pee or poop. This is abusive and only confuses the dog because you are saying that poop is bad. You can only discipline the dog for going inside if you actually catch it in the act. If this happens yell "No!" sharply and pick up the dog and go outside and say "potty" to it and "good dog". It will eventually get the message.

Always let your dog out every 1/2 hour, and when it pees inside, always spray it in the face with water.

Make sure you put paper down 4 him that way he knows 2 go on the paper but bring him outside alot & even leave him out there for awhile that way he'll get used to going out.Good Luck

tell it that it is a bad dog and leave something u dont use out side so your dog can pee on that...
