When you fight in the street you know that it wrong to fight in the street.The better way is to walk a way from the fight and don't worry about the other person is saying to you Because you know what right.You want to fight you should go bowing instand of the fight in the street.

That's not considered an appropriate behavior in society. I wouldn't want someone starting a fight with me. A better question, "Why are we not allowed to defend ourselves in some places." In some places in America, you are not legally allowed to defend yourself or another. If you happen across a rape, that's tough for the victim. You are not allowed to interfere unless you legally make an arrest. Even then you are in jeopardy of going to jail because you might have violated some right of the rapist.

Because you are "disturbing the peace", and also you are assaulting another person. The wording may be different depending on the town, city, county or state....but it's pretty much the same all over the US.

Ahh, lets see Disturbing the peace, afray, roiting (depending on amount of people in the fight), assualt and battery, simple assault. If a weapon was involved or not.

Because this is not a third world country, we have appropriate laws. Fighting is assault and battery, if you are the perpitrator. Otherwise you are the victim and you used self defense.
