It depends a lot on the surname.
Off the cuff, I like the sound of Timothy Patrick... or Timothy Laurence...
PS Don't forget the importance of initials. You don't want him to be T.I.T. or T.A.B etc

Hi!!
According to some books it says that your full name sounds better if there are an odd number of syllables, so in that way a middle name should go w/your last names # of syllables. Timothy has 3 syllables.... My personal favorite is Lee. HTH and doesn't confuse....
