This is a term used to describe altering a photo to your wishes. Like adding something that was not there. The term is often used in films.

It's called enhancement.
Photos are now generally taken digitally (without film) so it is easy for photographers to change facial expressions, eliminate moles or any other blemishes.

photoshop is a program you can use on your own digital photos
or...walmart has photo processors that you can work with. just bring in a disc or memory stick and ask one of the people to get you started. you can crop, rotate. light, brighten,add color, make black and white,sepia...you name it. and its CHEAP!
