This is not a feel sorry for me thread or a question. It is simply a comment.

I have been overweight most of my life and see that despite my kindness and generousnesses guys always talk to my skinny friends and not me.

I have even met big guys that "only" date skinny girls. What is up with that?

I have had a guy leave me for a girl who weighed 112 pounds.

I have been losing a lot of weight lately and will continue to do so. When I do, I will make all you shallow hearted men pay. I will ignore, I will talk to your friend if you try to talk to me, basically everything you have done to me. I might even stop liking men for the anger that is in my heart. I know big girls will understand this.

Yeah, you will win a guy's heart through revenge. Well, if it's motivating you to lose weight so be it (trying to live healthier is good no matter the reason, but be careful - what will you do if guys still reject you?)

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

I feel your pain. However, you can't force anyone to change a preference they may have, be it for slender or larger sized girls. There are LOTS of guys out there who prefer bigger gals. Also remember females have their preferences too. How do you imagine the guy who's not a jock or the image of a hunk feels when constantly ignored by the opposite sex? It is'nt only males who can have shallow values.
I wholely support your effort to improve your health and appearance, but leave the revenge thing alone, it will only poison your outlook towards men in general for the sins of a few. Try considering those guys who treat you poorly as merely "unenlightened"and not evil, this way you'll maintain the moral high ground by not sinking to their level of insensitivity.

Good luck with that. Most of the men in my culture like larger women. They find my size childish and unattractive. I actually have been trying to gain weight for years because men are not attracted to my physique. I think it depends on the guys you're meeting because on a rare occasion I run across a man who is attracted to me, but more times than most, guys tell me I need to gain weight.

i think you should want to lose weight to be healthy, not to gain the acceptance of men, however i do understand your situation. If a man loves you, truly he will love you whatever size you are, and if he sees that YOU have a problem with your size, he will support you. I believe love is love, and it doesn't matter how big or little you are. some guys may really be searching for true love, not just a girl that fits society's standards

Make sure u are doing it for you though: love yourself, remember there are skinny girls that hate themselves, ....oh yea.....if you don't love yourself...big or small......no one else will

I too have thought about this. And I realized that if I do that, then I am no better, actually worse than they were. They were doing it because they were just petty, if I did it, it would be revenge. Bad juju.

I say enjoy the attention, don't let it go to your head and alter your personality too much.

Ummm... is that really the best thing to do? Not all guys are that bad, you know. If you are only planning to do this to guys who has previously hurt you, be my guest. But don't ignore others because some men are jerks. It isn't fair to blame them for other's mistakes.

Dont be bitter; there are shallow people all over this world who only look at the outward appearance. Lose the weight for yourself, then enjoy the new you. Dont allow others to define you.
