My friend and I have the same problem. A boy will say something like "We should hang out sometime." but its like if you agree, then they dont do anything.
But as soon as you begin to ignore them, they give you all the attention in the world!!

What I love is how they all say "I don't want to play games". HA!
They just want to retain a reason to complain about women by forcing us to be aloof and not too interested then they can say it is us who are playing games.... vicious cycle really.
