Is ephedra legal in Canada? Could I have an ephedra based product like Herbalean shipped to me in Canada from the US?

I want to know about C-A-N-A-D-A.

Little known fact, the ephedra ban was overturned in the US. you can go to netnutri.com and buy Stacker2 with ephedra in it. The site also has an explanation of the law being overturned. None of the major companies will produce it because it will lead to lawsuits.

You can get Ephadra products at the stores here in America. But they only allow a certain amount. In Texas a product can't have more then 10g of Ephedra. I would look on the internet. Go to a body building store they will have more products and are A LOT more helpful. My husband did some body building and these guys eat and breath pills of all kinds...they know what REALLY works and what doesn't. Please don't go to GNC, they don't always know what they are talking about, and the prices are really high. Good luck!

I don't think ephedra is legal here in Canada...which would make me nervous about taking it. There has to be some reason why it's not approved

Ephedra is a controlled substance since 2002 in Canada. Even counter medicine had their Ephedra replaced mostly by pseudo-ephedra. A controlled substance can get you in big troubles, as much as buying a hardcore drug on the street.

Yes it is legal here in Canada in 8mg doses!! The bottle cannot contain more than 50 pills. (I work for a company that makes it, by the way, in canada).

Please don't take Ephedra because it's so bad for your heart. i took it for three years and was in the hospital for heart palpitations at the age of 21. i'm okay now, but my doctor told me i was very lucky. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF ,ITS NOT WORTH IT! just try to work out and eat healthy.
