I was looking for a digital camera that is pretty small so that I can carry it in my pocket, and I also wanted a big screen on it. All I need it for is to take pictures of friends and family. I want a camera that doesn't take blurry action shots. My current one you have to stand perfectly still to capture and it's impossible to get a picture of my 7 mnth old niece! I don't know anything about cameras, so if you answer just keep it simple. Below is the link to the one I am looking for. I appreciate all of the feedback!!

Having 2 AA batteries will drive you nuts, the camera will rip through them at an unbelievable rate.

I know it's dearer but for your requirements to my mind the Olympus MJU740 is the perfect camera for you. It has image stabilization for those tricky shots you mentioned. It is also 7MP with 5x optical zoom. It also has a dedicated Lithium Ion battery (included) replacements for which are available on ebay for less than $20.

It's a tiny package and weather proof to boot!

Sanyo camera's........ ain't regarded that highly by the experts, Canon / Nikon / Fuji are considered better......... can't find the camera you linked to mentioned at my usual source for digital camera reviews....... I'd say you'd maybe be better off with either the:
Fuji Finepix F470

or a Nikon Coolpix L3

i assume plainly good, yet you are able to desire to endure in innovations that it doesnt have any optical zoom. It has digital zoom, yet once you utilize digital zoom, it degrades the photograph high quality. i might tremendously advise getting something with a minimum of 3x optical zoom, whether you get much less megapixels (which isnt even considerable). And yeh, you are able to desire to get a stable photograph, yet endure in innovations it may desire to no longer be 12mp in webcam mode. additionally, that high quality is going to be a great deal downgraded while utilising it over the internet.
