I don't know the question you were referring to asked by the atheist so I can't have an opinon on that question.
Your question I went and saw may not have expounded a particular position as to if you would like to see them interned or sent to Antartica but it was VERY inflammatory and also ONLY for the purpose of being inflammartory and disrespectful.
It was not only and unchristian question but encouraged people to be unchristian in answering it.

Methinks you didn't understand the point of turning the question around. The original question was a 'what if'. Yours was a 'let's do this horrible thing - and oh look, I'm ignorant enough to try it'. If you try to come off as Hitler, expect a few thumbs-down.

You see, it's because you whine about things like thumbs-down on Yahoo Answers and make out how persecuted you are that locates you firmly within the bounds of our contempt. Surely someone with such a burning need to do good in the world (so Christians constantly make out, though with little material evidence for the matter) has better things to do than lick such pitifully superficial personal wounds in public?
