what? what is the question? for god's sake will people just ask the damn question instead of letting the title ask for you?
What? what should you do? leave her the hell alone and move on, there is no way to win that bro.
You can't get her away from him unless she wants to be away from him, and by the way she isn't waiting for you to save her from him, and if she is then she has issues and you don't want a piece of that.
Given the complete lack of information I have on this situation that is the best advice i can offer.

Don't do it. It's just wrong. Wait it out. If she breaks up with the other guy then make your move - after you wait a bit, so you don't end up being just a rebound. You need to respect the girl AND her boyfriend. If you were dating her or any girl you wouldn't want some guy going behind your back and trying to steal your girl...

If she already has a boyfriend,then stay away,she could be really into the relationship,and if you mess it up...she'll hate you for it!
