How do I stop eating so much sugar. I used to never eat it but have started eating chocolate a lot and now I crave sugar every day. This is no good for my diet. How do I stop eating sugar?

If you are craving it means you most likely are deficiant in your good carb intake and so your body is craving a quick fix. It is really a thing of self control to curb cravings. Just like an alcoholic, it is possible for eating to become somewhat of an addiction to certain foods. You have made a good step noticing you crave sugar...now you just need to find some healthier alternatives.

Usually, an intense craving for sugar is caused by lack of the mineral chromium. You should take some chromium pills; it helps me. Also, a change in diet will help. I'm on the carbohydrate addicts diet. So far, it's working.

i do that to
i used to hate chocolate
now i cant sstop eatin it and i love sugar to
the only thing you can do is seperate your self from it ,
good luk

it is bad for you it makes you fat i know from experience

Don't keep any sugar product at home....
use chewing gum instead of candies or chocolate............
