Approach him and start a conversation, but don't make it too obvious that you like him. If he approaches you, look him in the eyes as a sign of affection and confidence.

well I flirt like I normally do, just a little more intensely. I usually just wear tight clothes(just to make them weak and easy to tempt), then when i walk I move my hips to taunt and tease them(makes them more weak), then start up a conversation and just go with ur natural flirtiness...just dont make it too obvious.
Thats how I got a couple of the guys I dated

First of all, you have to have at least a vague trace of cuteness in yourself. Go up to them and say "Hi!" with one of those cute perky smiles. They'll obviously say hi back. Ask what they're doing, what they like to do, etc. It'll begin to turn into a big conversation, then it'll turn into a date.
