If it's been out overnight is it still safe to eat?

In the grocery store they are not refrigerated. I dont think you need to put them in the fridge but we do if there is any leftovers. Its your choice. It is still okay if you dont, but personally if you dont eat it all at once, it should go into the fridge until you eat more.

Since it usually has eggs and milk in it, pumpkin pie should probably be refrigerated. As far as the one that sat out overnight, you should eat it only if you really feel comfortable eating it.

We have never refrigerated our pumpkin pie. I don't believe that there is anything in it that will hurt it. Atleast we have never gotten sick. Our's usually sits out for 2-3 days.

Most pumpkin pies contain condensed milk so yes. They should definitely be refrigerated.

I've left it sit out for several days without refrigeration (I think the crust stays crisper when it's left out). I never got sick off it. I'm sure it lasts longer in the fridge but it should be okay for a few days without.

Yes, it's still okay to eat it, but get it into the refrigerator right away.
All pies must be refrigerated.

It's still plenty safe. Ideally they should be kept in the fridge because of the egg and dairy in them. I have left them out for a day or 2 and I didn't die when I ate them. I prefer room temp. cakes and pies.
