maybe you should go with him just so you dont hurt his feelings, if he does however fall for you just tell him how you feel.

If you don't want to say no there are only two possible reasons.
1. You want to go out with him
2. You don't want to hurt his feelings.
This is the thing if you like him even a little, you should take the time and go out with him once, and see if you like him more. Only thing that you can risk is that you might waste some time.
Now if you are just not interested in him romantically then just tell him that your not interested. You don't have to be mean but tell give him a reason why and don't make it about his age, even if it is about his age.
Tell him you aren't looking to date right now or something. Either way you should be honest with him, but don't close the door to the idea that you might like him if you went out. That is of course assuming you like him at all now.

Even though you only like him a little go out with him anyway it may turn out to be the best thing you've ever done,it could turn into a very meaningful relationship,you never know until you give it a shot.

You either say yes or you say no. If I'm interested I'll accept and see how things go...if I'm not really interested then I thank him for his interest but politely decline his offer.
