Your best bet (as in fastest) would be to take the airtrain in Newark airport to Penn Station in Newark, and from there get on the PATH train to NYC. Once in NYC, you can take a taxi or subway to Williamsburg.

Or you could take the Newark Liberty airport express bus from the airport into several locations (Grand Central, Port Authority, Chinatown, Barclay & Church St) in NYC for less than $15. Then you could hop on the subway from there. As long as you aren't travelling during rush hour, you will be ok.

Newark Airport to Williamsburg will cost you a fortune ... assuming you can even get a driver to agree to take you. I would say you are looking at a $150 to $200 fare. A flat rate car service would do it for less, but you would have to call in advance and make arrangements.

You could also try the ETS shuttle, which goes door to door and depending on how many people they have and where they are going ... you could be on that shuttle for a very loooong time. It's less than $40, so if you aren't in a hurry it's a good option.

IT WILL PROBABLY COST YOU ALOT MORE THAN 50 DOLLARS!
Be very careful and read link below. You are responsible for tolls as well- (probably 2-3 tolls, depending on which way he goes.-thru Manhattan, or South on NJ tpke (toll) thru Staten Island (Bridge toll) and finally over the Verranzano Bridge( No toll into NY.(I think).
AGREE ON A TOTAL FARE FIRST..! or if you have time --
just walk.. It will take 3 days. (no tolls) :-)
Good Luck..!!
