Family Problems:
My step mom and my mom fought with each other a long time ago and still my step family don't talk to my mom because of that. I used to visit my step family but my mom was mad about that. Anyways, I got sick and tire visiting them but they don't visit me or call me. So, I stopped going to their house.
Now, my step family is mad at me because I don't visit them no more. I didn't go to my step sister's wedding because I knew they were still mad at me.
Now, I have a sister in law, I used to visit her house every saturday and sunday. I call her so many times but she don't pick the phone. Then, she calls me and get mad at me because I don't visit her no more.
Why always gotta be my fault? I think people take advantage of me because I'm always way too nice and I respect people way too much.

My dad died when I was 6 years old. I'm glad he don't have to go through all this mess

this sounds like the type of family that you could use a break from and how did you get to be so smart and they act so dumb?

Talk to your dad about it. How old are you? does your mom still have control over you? The least you can do is to send a wedding congratulation card.You can't change their behavior, but you can change your own.So stop letting people take advantage of you.

No easy answer here. Just keep civil, attempt to avoid the destructive mix, and move on with life.
You appear relatively young -- you cannot fix the issue, it was created by these adults and will not easily go away.

you need to learn to voice your opinion on how you feel, you shouldn't have to choose any one, it is okay to love a step parents family, my mamaw is my step grand mother and i love her more than my own blood as she does me.
