Grade B is the darkest, also called Dark Amber. Are there any producers of maple in the Maryland mountains or close by in PA? Check them out first.

Also, I believe I have seen a Dark Amber as one of the syrups sold at Trader Joe's, which I believe has stores in MD and VA.

Diets don't work period. They are a temporary fix that does more harm then good to the body. Crash diets cause you to lose valuable muscle mass (your body eats it for the nutrition) and energy. Your best bet is to follow the calories you need for your body and your goals. Losing more then 2 lbs per week for the average person is too much. I would ask you to research possibly a dietician or a trainer to design a program for you.

Good luck with your goals.

Crash Diets Never Work. There are two Diets that truly work and are most beneficial which i highly recommend. Abs Diet . Warriors Diet.
