I used to be anorexic. I was also on a gymnastics team. So, I know about loosing weight. I was addicted to it. But, if it's done unhealthfully, it has harmful consequences.

I was on a certain diet for 6 months and damaged my body for decades. I'm sorry I did this and other things (that I don't want to tell you about.) I'm sorry mainly because of the health effects. But, an additional harm that I now know is a sluggish metabolism.

No matter how little I eat, and I often eat little because I have no appetite and I don't like most food, I'm overweight. Right now, I'm 30 pounds above the recommended weight and 60 pounds above my past weight.

Please be careful, what you do with your body. The effects may be totally foreign to your experience today. And, you may not want to go there.

Instead, you can eat a healthy diet, exercise healthfully, clean your body, take care of yourself, and help others to do the same. This all will support happiness. And, the happiness of health and helping others is worth so much more than that of pleasing a trainer.

Also, what bothers you today may be of absolutely no consequence to you in the future.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Diets do not work. You might lose the wieght you want, though I doubt you'll loose it in that time frame, but it will come back and bring friends!
I know thats why my doc's all tell me I'm obese now. It all started with that stupid 5 pounds I wanted to ditch in college. It went away and then came back with frinds. I dieted some more and they went a way, then came back with even more friends!
The upshot is, yeah you can loose the weight in an unhealthy way and then just get it back (usually within a few months to a year) and loose some or all of your health to. Only the health might not ever come back and it probably won't bring any friends if it does.
Sorry, there just ain't no easy way out.
Better off tossing the fashion mags with all those skin n' bone models and looking like a real person anyway.
Your perfect for you and only you, never for anyone else.

You must not ever try to lose that kind of weight in three days. That would be defeating the whole purpose of making a fantastic body...You don't beat it down horribly to try to make it better...just be patient, and work out sensibly..don't even try to lose that kind of weight. I have felt that same way, believe me...but it just isn't worth the damage done on your body in the long run...you could drop five easily, working out and eating very little....lots of water, though, and running and just working out really a lot...Good luck dear, but use your head..

20 lbs in 3 days? I don't even know if that is possible unless you have liposuction. Anything that you do that fast cannot be healthy for you. Too much strain on your body. Why chance a heart attack for vanity sake? So you'll make a gorgeous corpse....

The advise with the legs was funny. Sorry. But I think you know why you put this question under "mental health".

the only thing you put into your mouth is water and run until you pass out. wake up and run some more.
