Its way easy inLinux/BeOS or some other Open Source system. And Microsoft/Apple/RIAA will not send the cops after you.Plus because its Linux the quality is mich better than any windows media player coluld hope to accomplish.

Go to walmart or bestbuy and buy a dvd recorder hook it up to your vcr and start converting. Hey at least now you can record tv shows onto dvd also some rented dvd's too.

yes you can do this.... get a TV card for your PC and a DVD authoring software... OR you can buy Pinnacle products which comes with a analogue video capturing source and a fairly easy to use software to convert them into DVDs.. have a look at

if you have a dvd burner then yes
just use a prgram like nero our itunes
