Whenever I work-out the only places on my legs that burn are my calves, and sometimes the front of my upper legs. I really need to get muscle and burn fat everywhere on my thighs. I am thin but not in shape, and my thighs have major lack of muscles. Currently I started jump roping everyday for 30 minutes, and i have a step n flex(stair-stepper) by sharper image that i use for 10 minutes. I need some workout ideas that I will be able to stick to and do inside my home. For example, when i jumprope i alternate between 2 minutes of slow and 1 minute of fast jumping so i do not get tired and give up. This way i stick to it.
