Do you believe in an afterlife? Is there a Heaven? Hell? Do we just continue to not exist? What do you think happens after death?

Ezekiel 18:4 states: "The soul that is sinning-it itself will die." Also Psalms 146:4 "His spirit goes out, he goes back to his ground; In that day his thoughts do perish." Ecclesiastes 9:5 says: (in part) "...But as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all." The latter part of Genesis 3:19: "For dust you are and to dust you will return."

The life we enjoy is like the flame of a candle. When the flame is put out, it does not go anywhere. It is simply gone. Hope I've helped. Peace.

No matter what any of us believe, it doesn't change reality. Belief is just that: belief. People can believe anything they want but it doesn't make it true. The only way to KNOW is to have a direct experience (enlightenment) which is hard work and something most of us don't want to engage in. Apparently, for those who do have this experience, they experience themselves as not being born or dying (and not even an individual) - as part of the Immeasurable. It gives them intense joy and permanently resolves the question of life and death. '3 Pillars of Zen' describes some of this.

I believe in reality creation. Whatever you believe will happen after death will be exactly what happens after death. I believe in reincarnation, I believe that I will be reborn until I learn my life lessons, and then I will reach the Creator/God/Goddess and be one with deity.
If you believe in hell, I think you will inevitably end up there. If you believe in Jesus, I suppose you will end up there. What ever you believe will be where you end up.
And if I am wrong, and I do end up at the Pearly Gates leading into heaven, you better bet, I fall on the floor and kiss the big man's feet. But until that day, reincarnation is my answer.

We cease to be. Our consciousness is extinguished and we are no more. There is no life after death... that's a contradiction in terms. Death is the end of life... thus... no life exists for that which is dead!

There is no Heaven and no Hell. Those are imaginary places thought up by our superstitious ancestors in a time of rampant ignorance and fear.

G-d will decided where should he send you, heaven or hell. If you've been good in this earth than he will take you to his world "Heaven" but, if you were bad, then a person should already know what will follow up, "Hell" where people suffer and do not see a peace.
So Be Good Because G-d Is! : )

I believe our spirits goes to either "paradise" or "prison" depending on our righteousness in this life. There, those in spirit prison can be taught the gospel and accept or reject it - that is why we as LDS perform saving ordinances for the dead. So if they do accept the gospel, they can move on to "paradise"...everyone will await the millenium and final judgement in one of those places.
After the judgement, evey spirit, reunited with their perfected body never to be separated again, will be exalted in the Kingdom they have attained glory to Celestial, Terrestrial or Telestial.
Celestial being the highest where God and Christ eternally dwell, where the family unit exists, where eternal marriages exists and where we can have the possibility to progress towards godhood.
That is what I believe.

The reality will be known after death but the problem is that, then you cannot communicate with others to tell them what is the reality.

You will wake from death with exactly the same beliefs you take with you. If you overcome nothing in this age, nothing will change in the next, and your bondage will be the same. If this were not true, we would not have needed a teacher to show us how to change.

i believe that upon death we are met by those we have loved who have passed before us
they help us on our journey home to spirit
where we will take residence in a realm suitable for us
and where we will progress , moving through each realm until joining with the God energy
