put a potatoe in there it should soak up some of the salt

Add a uncooked raw potato to them. After the potato is cooked discard. It should take out some of the salt.

Don't salt the rice, I'm sure that the blandness of the rice will make up for the over salty beans and you'll be okay!

I heard if you peel a couple potatoes and toss them in, they will absorb some of the salty taste...remove and discard after 20 or so minutes.

I have never had the chance to try it myself though.

peel and cut up a raw potato, let it stay in there for 5 minutes, it'll soak up the salt. Then take the potato out before it gets too mushy.

potatoes. take a potato and slice it in four, and place in the pot. after your beans are cooks just discard the potato, it will have absorbed the salt.

potatoes absorb salt. anytime you put to much in throw in some potato and it will help.

Add more pepper. it neutralizes the sodium in the salt.
