Use a dryer by drying your hair from the tops and up I mean let the hot air begin from the tops and up so you will have the dryer under your hair when you bend your head.

Use one of those big munchie clips and blow dry each layer of hair seperately with a large round bristle brush. It'll come out smooth and straight.

A soft bristled round brush. Depending on the style you want either with flipped up layers or under curl layers it works best when you use a brush while blowdrying.

you can blow dry your hair normally if you want to, if you want the layers to kind of flip, then use a round brush and blow dry the sections of layers
