Yes, I'm 24 and a junior doctor and I suffer from social anxiety disorder, which led to depression a couple of years ago. I'm on venlafaxine just now for the depression/anxiety, but I don't think it particularly helps with the social anxiety problem.

My sister did, she was excessively shy, and uncomfortable in most social situations. A few years ago, she went on Paxil, and it has helped her immensely.

yes i have a 14 and a 21 yr old daughters and thy do from time to time its not fun, but we deal with it.
