Marinade for chicken alfredo?
I use a honey and pepper combination and it is pretty good, any others?

If you want to make some tasty chicken that will make your mouth water then try this.
Buy about 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves.
sprinkle seasoned meat tenderizer, garlic powder and pepper over top and poke repeatedly with a fork.
Turn chicken over and do the same to the other side.
Throw the chicken on the bbq and grill it up. No sauce is needed. Trust me the flavor will make you drool! I do this when making chicken fettucini alfredo!

Mojo Criollo by Goya is a great marinate. It is in the Hispanic section and is aboiut $3/bottle. Garlic oregano in a bitter citrus base. Also try rubbing a little oil on the chicken then use Ranch dressing mix as a rub. It's not a marinate but good if you are baking. You can also put it in your shake and bake.

I would used cajun spice and garlic. It is so good with the creamy alfredo sauce.
