I think Colgate is the best -- it's the only one with Triclosan (an anti-gingivitus agent) they still hold the patent so Crest or Aim or Close-up, etc do not have it (recomended by my orthodontists after having some dental surgery) --- my gums are so much healthier now & I believe that Colgate has helped!

I don't use toothpaste usually, but when I do it's Toms of Maine without Fluoride. What I do use every day is bar soap. I rub my toothbrush over a bar of safeguard soap and brush my teeth. It kills the germs i my mouth. The dental hygientist even said my gums were the best she's ever seen them.

Tom's of Maine all the way!...no saccharin and it comes in cool flavors like strawberry, mango, and cinnamint, thought the traditional spearmint is my favorite. the paste not the gel kind. It's all natural and I love their products..just pair with Burt's Bees chapstick! :)
