The concept is to stop at the vowel...add "the" and repeat the vowel and rest of the word...until you run into another vowel or end the word.
Same for "b" talk, but replace "the" with the letter "b".

Gibberish is not a language , it is a jargon of a given profession. Let's say, a medical jargon, a computer jargon, political jargon. A way of expression which is only understood by the initiates.
