Either buy it or uninstall it and get one of the good free ones.
Uninstall by clicking on Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and when the list loads, find McAfee and all its parts. Remove each one of them. Close the control panel and restart the computer. Then go online and get either Avast or AVG. Both are free, both are very good. I use Avast, but can recommend either of them.
