A little more info on the gun(s):
SPAS-12
- 12 ga., 2 3/4 in. chamber, combat shotgun that offers pump or semi-auto operation, 5 (new 1991) or 8 (disc.) shot tube mag., alloy receiver, synthetic stock with built-in pistol grip (limited quantities were also mfg. with a folding stock or metal fixed stock), one-button switch to change from semi-auto to slide action operation, 21 1/2 in. barrel, 8 3/4 lbs. Importation disc. 1994.

SPAS-15
- 12 ga. only, 2 3/4 in. chamber, operates as either semi-auto or slide action that is convertible with a one-button switch, 6 shot detachable box mag., 21 1/2 in. barrel, lateral folding skeleton stock, carrying handle, 10 lbs. Limited importation 1989 only.
This model had very limited importation (less than 200) as the BATF disallowed further importation almost immediately. Even though the retail was in the $700 range, demand and rarity have pushed prices past the $2,000 level.

spas 12 gauge and you can buy upto 10 rd mag tube ext for it or any 12 . I know of no limitation to shotgun capacity except for hunting migratory birds a plug limiter to 2 in the mag and one in the pipe. U can buy a drum mag for mossbergs that hold excess of 30 rounds of ammo.

That is a semi-auto as some of the other answerers have already identified: SPAS-12

For a Real auto check out the new AA-12, better than the USAS-12 (they are even perfecting grenade rounds for it in HE, HE-AP, & HE-FA)

That particular model is a prop. Shotguns with more than a 3 shot clip are illegel in the states. You'd have to look for a custom gunsmith and hope the cops don't catch you.
