Everybody gets a periodic performance review. I would say that God is talented, but careless. I would have to say "below expectations".

I would recommend a phsychological evaluation with the company shrink, and a vocational assessment to address his chronic absenteeism and anger management issues and determine whether he is well-suited to this kind of career. Alarmingly below expectations.
