i dont know the laws in oklahoma but here in ny each parent is entitled to see their children..unless it is felt there is a danger...he could call family court there to see what he needs to do...here in ny all you need to do is petition the courts and the judge decides...

Marriage isn't a factor in who gets custody. It's the child's best interest that matters. If the family members are concerned for the care of the child, they should call Child Protection Services (where I have workedf for many years) before the child is hurt (physically or emotionally) while in the mother's care.
The courts will generally (at least not in my state) enforce any kind of visitation with grandparents.

It sounds like he needs a lawyer. If he proves paternity and If he is paying support, and is fit then the courts can order she uphold his visitation rights. Also if she is proved unfit and he is fit then he can sue for sole custody. Unfortunately lawyers, courts, etc, take a lot of time and money. Good Luck.

Yes the father can if he is recognized by the court as being the father, which he should be if he is paying support. Take her to court and fight for custody.

It would be a hard task and you would have a lot to prove against the mother. Before you venture on such a thing you may want to make sure that is something you want to put your child through. Good Luck.

Marriage has nothing to do with parenting. A father can get custody of his child in any state if he is stable, responsible, and willing.

the father needs to go to court and get court ordered visitation, both for him and his parents, but especially himself.
