Have her visit the First Church of Satan, which ironically came after the Church of Satan. The modern CoS is pretty much an elitist social club anymore. The FCoS is based more on the Crowleyan principles practiced by Anton LaVey in the 1960s and early 70s.

to convert TO Satanism? or AWAY from it? Clarify your question please.
Added on: Since it is just a passing thought in her head, it is obvious, as you say, that it is in retaliation to her parents strong christian upbringing of her. Rebelling against parents is not a strong basis for changing to any religion/philosophy. It means she is not thinking independently. Just be her friend and tell her to think through what she really BELIEVES in, rather than just REACTING to her parents.

It isn't that your question indicated that you were trying to "push" her into anything---it simply was not clear what you meant. Sorry that you were offended.

Um convert to what? Satanism or Christianity? If the answer is Satanism then try the Church of Satan web site, if it's Christianity, I'm sure there are plenty of folks in here just aching to have a go at her.

First off, Satanism is not so 'strict' as to require the brouhaha that regular churches do. Its more of a "lets concentrate on fun" kind of religion. Just go to your 360 webpage and do a SEARCH on Satanism, there are quiet a few links, just choose one and ask questions.

Satanism is not a religion !! It is a fictious cult created by people who wish be evil !! Tell your friend get something new in life !! more persuasive ! and stop swirling in these crazy doggy things like Satanism who are totally cruel and nonsense in terms of morality

Try asking her to get a check up from a doctor !! or have a family meeting about her decision !!
if you care about her , you should do something fast and save her from malicious thing called "Satanism"

As is the truth, your friend is indeed able to choose for herself, however, as a friend you should find out why and help her to see the difference between the truth of satanism and the Godly life that Jesus has to offer. As a friend and as a Christian you should do everything you can to talk to her and make sure that she see's clearly between Christianity and her desire to go the other way. Usually it is due to someone or something causing her pain, or she feels left out of something in her life. Please, please try to talk to her. She really needs a good friend right now and you are it.!
Yea, it puts the burden of proof on your shoulders, but that is why God has you there.
If you need any help I am glad to help in any way possible. My email address is cola85ismine@Yahoo.com. Please just you or her as I do not want to have to change my email account with Yahoo just because it gets abused. OK ? Anything I can do to help, just let me know. !

You don't have to join the Church of Satan to be a Satanist, you just have to live by the tenets of Satanism. Anton LaVey says so himself.

No conversion process. In LaVeyan Satanism, plenty of people actually practice it without knowing they do anyway.

First, begin by blocking out all the nonsence about devil worship
Second, stop going to church
Third, live life as you would a satanist

Read the satanic bible and see if she likes it. I've heard it is more about humanism and hedonism that anything else.
