And don't give me bad answers like"give it up", or "get a new guy". I won't get a new guy because I really like him and he just makes me feel good. I also have talents like singing, making songs, and that I'm a expert or near expert at friendship. Should I reveal these things to him or should I just keep them a secret so he will get less chances of thinking me as a freak or a weirdo?

Get a new look. Don't change who you are, just try something different. Try a new hairstyle, new clothes, etc.
Be yourself. Everyone probably says this, but it's true! No guy wants a girl to pretend she is something she's not.
Don't cuss. It turns guys off most of the time.
Smile. Whether closed-mouth or open-mouth, do it. It'll say to everyone, "Wow, she's a nice person!"
Flirt a little - not like crazy, but a little bit here and there.
Try to be around him often, such as sitting near him.
Show off a little when you're around your friends, but not a lot because then he might think you're just silly.
Try to make lots of eye contact - and when you do, smile! (Guys often don't look at girls in the eyes, so looking into theirs when they're talking shows them that you are interested in them).
Go up to him and talk to him. Try to get to know him a little by discussing things you have in common. You could even compliment him. Even if you just say he has a nice shirt or a cool watch; it shows him that you're into him.
Tell him how you really feel about him once you get comfortable talking together.
Be a brave person and stand up for who you are, and what you believe in. This will catch his attention, and his respect.

The thing is you said don't tell you to "give it up", but hon if he doesn't like you then forcing yourself to be were he is and to get him to notice you is only gonna make him dislike you that much more. Just be yourself around him, if he can't see what an awesome person you are then he's not worth liking. You're young you'll bounce back. If you can't be yourself then no guy is worth it, ever.

If he has told you flat out he doesn’t like you then leave him alone before you get the nick name “stalker”. If it just seems like he doesn’t like you because he won’t talk to you maybe he does like you and to afraid to say anything. Try being friends first if the two of you are meant to be then things will work out naturally. At this time in your life the two of you maybe on different paths which may cross later in life.

baby girl, it's hard to make someone to like you. it's pretty much up to that person to decide. don't tell him your talent since you guys are not together. and there is no point by saying that. all you need to do is keep contact with him. say "hi, how's going" just for the sake of being notice.

first of all, you can't make a guy like you. if he's not interested, there's a pretty big chance that he's not going to change his mind. hate to break it to you, but that's how it is. if you want him to notice you, then you can't be constantly stuck on him, and you have to be confident in yourself. guys like confident girls and they like the chase, so don't put everything right out there for him to have.

Dress sexier, like mini skirts and tight tops, or jeans and a tight top. He might find that attaractive. Hang out with him more get to know him be friendly like when you talk to him maybe touch him. Also maybe some lipglosss and eyeshadow or mascara.

if he doesn't like you back, and you know it, there isn't going to be any convincing him unless you hypnotize him or something! (and I mean that in jest :)) not to mention, why would you want a relationship with someone who doesn't like you? find someone who likes you for who you are, who you don't have to try to impress. you'll be much happier, believe me :)
