Q: Say God comes down and asks you to kill your neighbor. What are you supposed to do?

A: Commit yourself to the nearest loony bin, because if you think that god is talking to you, that is where you belong because there is seriously something wrong upstairs in your head. Besides there is no god. And I say stop looking for excuses to commit criminal offenses.

God would never tell us to do something that breaks one of his ten commandments. In the old testament there was swift judgment and God sometimes required people to kill. In the new testament we are under a new covenant and God will not tell us to kill anyone.

First of all, Jehovah God would NEVER tell you to kill your neighbor because Job 34:10 says, “Far be it from the [true] God to act wickedly, And the Almighty to act unjustly!” Therefore, Almighty God Jehovah would never tell you to do such a thing because that would be in violation of this scripture.

Matthew 19:19: “Honor [your] father and [your] mother, and, YOU must love your neighbor as yourself.” If you love yourself, you would never kill your neighbor, because you would not love your neighbor as yourself.

Hebrews 6:18: “In order that, through two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to the refuge may have strong encouragement to lay hold on the hope set before us.”

Deuteronomy 5:16, 17: “Honor your father and your mother, just as Jehovah your God has commanded you; in order that your days may prove long and it may go well with you on the ground that Jehovah your God is giving you. [v17] You must not murder.” Therefore, being told by God to kill someone would in direct violation of the scriptures above, thus, making the Bible false.

However, since it is impossible for God to lie, 2 Timothy 3:16 says “all scriptures is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work.”

This begs another question, who could be that “voice” telling you to kill someone.

If it is not Almighty God Jehovah, it can only be his adversary, Satan the Devil and his demons. Demons can alter certain situations if one allows them to. In fact, the Bible shows that Satan, as the “god of this entire system of things,” (2 Corinthians 4:4) maneuvers its parts to suit his purposes, creating an overall way of thinking or mental bent that permeates mankind in general.

It is as the apostle Paul said: “The Devil is “the ruler…of the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience.” (Ephesians 2:2, The Bible in Living English; The Emphasized Bible; Young’s) Even person who would like to live according to right principles find themselves “locked” into the present system of things, pressured to go along with its corrupt thinking and activities. And many have suffered direct harassment from the supernatural, such as hearing “voices,” seeing frightening appearances, or being afflicted by objects flying for no apparent reason.

Therefore, it is Satan the Devil who creates these “voices” in the minds of people who want to do violent things that are against the standards set forth in God’s Word the Bible. In the summer of 1977, the “Son of Sam,” said that his dog told him to kill those people. It is amazing what the demons can do to fool people and the subjects that they use to carry out their purposes.

There are many who think that they can talk to their dead loved ones. This also is the demons talking, not the actual dead person. Because the demons can imitate the voice of a dead person and give a spirit medium information about the one who died. A great scripture to support this is 1 Samuel 28:3-19. This just goes to show you that “the dead themselves cannot praise Jah nor do any going down into silence” and that “the dead are conscious of nothing at all.” (Psalm 115:17; Ecclesiastes 9:5)

The demons are more powerful than you and I think and they can play tricks on us because they are more powerful than we are.

Take Care,

In the bible God has order the Israelites to kill kill and kill everybody in the land of Canaan to possess the land God has promise Abraham. To answer your question, I personally would not.For God to Give orders to kill, he only contradicts his own words that says '' thou shalt not kill''. To me,God sounds like a HYPOCRITE.

That's not God. That's the devil. God said "Thou shalt not kill". I guess he told Abraham to kill his son, but then he saved him at the last moment and sacrificed a lamb instead.

First, call your doctor and have him up your dosage. Then, if "God" is still telling you to kill people, then go ahead and check yourself into your local mental hospital. Kay? ;-p
